Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 137 platform via 137.mx, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 137 platform.

To access the full suite of services on the 137 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 137 support team immediately. The 137 platform bears no liability for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before you can make withdrawals or access higher account limits. All documents submitted must be valid and current, in accordance with the requirements set by the platform.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 137 platform are required to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful to others.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 137 platform:

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 137 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts a range of local payment methods, including FPX via major Malaysian banks and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified and processed. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. The 137 platform is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed and passed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
- There must be no active fraudulent activity or terms violations associated with your account.
- The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold set by the platform.
- Your chosen withdrawal method must match your original deposit method, subject to the platform's current policies.
The 137 platform reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are reasonable grounds to suspect suspicious activity or fraud.
Liability Limitations & Account Policies

Account Suspension and Closure
137 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, requirements to comply with laws or regulatory authority directives, or at the platform's absolute discretion for security reasons.
In cases where an account is closed due to serious violations of our terms, any balance held in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. Any balance found to be legitimate will be returned once the investigation is concluded and a final decision has been made.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
